Story
MAAS Solutions Group is a woman owned disadvantaged small business located in Las Vegas, Nevada. With a mission built on managing and ascertaining systematic solutions for our customers.

MAAS Solutions Group LLC provides on-site fleet maintenance limiting the hassle of transporting out of commission vehicles. MAAS Solutions Group provides fast and efficient work allowing our customers to put their fleet vehicles back in commission.

We are highly skilled and specialize in helping our customers obtain cost effective solutions. Aiding them in gaining superior performance of products and services, and maintain efficiency through finding systematic solutions that work within the budget reserved for our customers' needs. Lowering the total amount of downtime that they endure, and increasing the possible margin for profit.
With over 25 years of combined experience in general and fleet maintenance of light to heavy-duty and heavy-wheeled vehicles, including but not limited to Caterpillar Diesel engines, dozers, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Internationals, DANA computer systems, Bendix Brake systems and Caterpillar Electronic systems (Cat ET), drive trains, repair and replacement, dynamometers, transmission hydraulic systems, A/C systems, pressure equipment and gearboxes, drive trains, compression gauges, and OBDII training. We are ARC & ASE certified.

Over 15 years combined experience in Information Technology Management, tactical and commercial communication assets, and Information Technology infrastructure.
Over 15 years of combined experience in logistics services involving importing and exporting of goods and services. Including contract management and distribution.
Government & Defense
Contracting & Consulting
Performed Foreign Military Sales and interface with senior Navel Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Manage team metrics in Procurement and Logistics. Perform complex project management tasks and develop standards that are based on best practices and processes to improve scheduling, logistics and contracts.

Trained in KSA M-ATV and MRAP Egress procedures and safety precautions. Conducted OPNET & FLMNET MRAP training of over 800 students for JPO/MRAP. Supported all M-ATV's of Battalion Maintenance. Trained and possess experience with multiple troubleshooting and diagnostic programs including JPRO systems, DANA systems and Caterpillar Electronic Technician.

Provided communications support for 19 Combat Outpost and Joint Service Stations. Performed as Army Cyber Command and Battalion Executive Officer including Battalion Operations Officer.
